AN ORDINANCE amending ~he use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1'. Pursuant to Resolution No. 147 of the Planning
Commission of the City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity
wit~ Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
(1112 Perry)
Lot 12, Realty Investment & Loan Co.'s First
Addition to Decatur as per plat recorded in
Volume 3 of Plats on page 8, records of Kitsap
County; situated in Kitsap County, Washington,
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this /~ ~
day of August~ 1967.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~~ay of August, 1967.
