AN ORDINANCE vacating certain portions
of alleys located between Burwell and
Second Streets, and Washington and Pacific
Avenue, and more specifically described
herein~ all in the City of Bremerton, and
providing for reversion to the City of
Bremerton on non-action.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Council of~he City of Bremerton
at a public hearing on the 14th day of June, 1967, declared its
intention to wacate the following portions of alleys and rights of
way in the CiTy e~ Bremerton:
Part of an alley in Block 8, Plat of the City
of Bremerton, being the 14-foot alley running
in an easterly and westerly direction and being
that portion of the 14-foot alley running in
a northeasterly and southeasterly direction~
which abuts on Lots 13 and 14 of said Plat.
It is the intention of the City by this vacation ordinance to vacate
only the south 60 feet of the southwest alley but all of the north-
west alley.
Section 2. That all the above desc. ribed portions of
alleys and rights of way in the City of Bremerton~ County of Kitsap
be~ and hereby are declared vacated.
Section 3. That in the event the above described
property is sub-divided for residential purposes, or in the event that
a proposed development inc'luding the erection of new buildings is not
com_menced within~/~yea~of the date of this ordinance, all right~
title and interest in said property will revert to the City of Brem-
erton.
Section 4. The City Clerk is directed to certify a copy
of this Ordinance and to file the same for recording with the Auditor
of Kitsap County, Washington.
