for Public Works in the City of Bremerton~
adopting by reference the 1963 edition of the
Standard Specifications for Municipal Public
Works Construction as prepared by the Washington
State Chapter of the American Public Works Assoc-
iation, together with all supplements and appendices
thereto.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. It is hereby adopted as the Standard Specifi-
cations for Public Works in the City of Bremerton, that certain
document presently on file with the City Clerk of the City of
Bremerton, being marked and designated as "Standard Specifications
for Municipal Public Works Construction, 1963 Edition~'r prepared and
published by the Washington State Chapter of the American Public
~orks Association, including all supplements and appendices thereto,
is hereby adopted as the standard specifications for public works
in the City of Bremerton.
Section 2. Ail Ordinances or parts of Ordinances which
conflict with any of the provisions of said standard specifications
be and the same are hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council ~n first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
