AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 146 of the Planning
Commission of the City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity
with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof as follows:
That the following described real property:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 16.
Township 24 North, Range 1 East Willamette Me,id.lan::
thence north 0°26' West 1496 feet along the east line
of Section 16 to an intersection with the centerline
of Russell Road, the true point of beginning; Thence
continuing north 0°26' west to an intersection with
the centerline of P.S.H. No. 21; Thence south 87°27'
west 710.5 feet to the P.I of a curve to the right;
Thence north 66°31' west 201.9 feet to the P.T. of
said curve; thence south 2B°29' west BOB.B feet; thence
south 66eB1' east 399.95 feet to the P.I of a curve
on Russell Road; thence north 64~22' east 556.3 feet
to the P I of a curve to the right; thence north 89~
43' east 148.4 feet to the true point of beginning
Except for rights of way for Russell Road and for
P.S.H. 21,
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential One
(R-l) to Manufacturing.
