Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution ~,~o. 1L3 of '~he~ Plan:qin~
Commission oF the City of Bremerton, the use and area mats of
Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity
wit~ Chapter !, Title ~, thereof as follows:

WHEREAS proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated on the petition of Br,merton Industrial Park
of Bremerton, Washington; and
WHEREAS hearing has been duly and regularly held
thereon: and
WHEREAS the reclassification of said property is deemed
to be in the best interest of the City of Bremerton;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Bremerton be, and the said Council is hereby, respectfully
requested to pass an ordinance amending the Use and Area Maps
of Ordinance No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4
thereof, in the followinE manner:
Beginning at a concrete monument set in the northerly margin
of County Road # 150 said monument being the common corner of
SE and SW Quarters of Sec. 16 and the NE and NW Quarters of
Section 21, T24N, R~E, W.M.; thence running south to the south
margin of said Road # 150; thence west along the south margin
of said Road 178~ to the true point of beginning; thence
S 0°33'34"W to the city limits line of the City of Bremerton~
thence west along the city limits line 150'; thence N 0°33'34'' E
to the south margin of said Road #150; thence easterly along
said south margin to the true point of beginning. (Portion
of old Qualheim Hill Housing Project south of First Street &
west of Kean Street.)
