AN ORDI~IANCE amending the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1702.
THE CITY OF BREMER~ON DO..~ .... ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution ~To. Ill? of the Planning
Commission of the City of Bremerton, the use and area ma~s of
Ordinance ~o 1709 be and the~ hereby are amended in conformS, tv
with Chapter 1, Title b thereof as follows:
That the followin~ described real property,:
Commencing at t~e HW corner of t~e }H.~[ t/~ of the ~,Nf 1/~,
Section 12, T2~.~,I R1E W ~ in Kitsa~ County, Washin~-
ton: thence run S 1°~1'1~" W 094.23 feet alon~ ~ west
line of said Section 12; thence S ~0]'~~''~: ~ 30.00 Fe~
to the east margin of State Highway f ?I-B and the true
~oint of beginning; thence continue S ~9~03'3~~ ~ 172.10
feet; thence S 1°]1'1~" W 93.00 feet to the south line
of land conveyed to Bremerton School District 100-C, a
munici~al corporation, b~ deed recorded ~ay L~, 1053,
under auditor's file No. 57~?; thence W 8~°0~']~' W

more or less, to the true moint of beginning,
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residentiai-Oae (R-l)
to Business .-Two (B-~).

NUMBER
WHEREAS proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated on the petition ~of Dr. George Lfpper~
of Bremerton, Washington; and v
WHEREAS hearing has been duly and regularly held
thereon~ and
WHEREAS the reclassification of said property is deemed
to be in the best interest of the City of Bremerton;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Bremerton be, and the said CoUncil is hereby, respectfully
requested to pass an ordinance amending the Use and Area Maps
of Ordinance No~ 1792 in conformity With Chapter 1, Title 4
thereof, in the following manner:
Commencing at the NW corner of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4,
Section 12, T2qN, RIE, W.M. in Kitsap County, Washington;
thence run S 1°31'12'' W 99~.23 feet along the west line of
said Section 12; thence S 89003'36" E 30.00 feet to the east
margin of State Highway # 21-B and the true point of beginning;
thence continue S 89003'36'' E 172.10 feet; thence S l°31'12"
W 93.00 feet to the south line of land conveyed to Bremerton
School District 100-C, a municipal corporation, by deed record-
ed May 4, 1953, under auditor's file No. 576482: thence N
89°03'36'' W 172.10 feet to the east margin of State Highway
#21-B thence N 1°31'12'' E along said east margin 93.00 feet,
more or less, to the true point of beginning.
