AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The use and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792
be and they hereby are amended in conformity with Chapter 1,
Title 4 thereof as follows:
That the following described real property:
(The west side of State Highway No. 21-B at the Hanford
intersection)
(a) The N 79.80 feet of the S 94.80 feet of the W 160
feet of the E 190 feet of the N 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the
S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 2, Township
24 North, Range 1 E, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington.
(b) The W 160 feet of the E 190 feet of the N 1/2 of
the S 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section
2, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., in Kitsap County,
Washington; EXCEPT the S 94.80 feet thereof. ALSO, the
E 175 feet of the S 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the
SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 2, Township 24 North, Range
1 E, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington, EXCEPT the N
45 feet; and EXCEPT Secondary State Highway No. 21-B
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this _~

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
