AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 139 of the Planning
of the of Bremerton, the use and area maps of
Commission
City
Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity
with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof as follows:
That the following described real property:
Beginning at the point of intersection of north margin
of 10th Street with the West margin of the alley running
north and south in the plat of Jacobson's First Addition;
thence north along the west margin of said alley to its
intersection with the north margin of the alley running
east and west in said plat; thence west along the north
margin of said alley to the SW corner of Lot 12 of said
plat; thence north along the west line of said lot 12 to
a point which is 75 feet south of the south margin of llth
Street; thence west parallel to the south margin of llth
Street to a point which is 100 feet east of the east margin
of Warren Avenue; thence south parallel to the east margin
of Warren Avenue. to the north margin of 10th Street; thence
east along the north margin of 10th Street to the point
of beginning.
ALSO:
Lots ll and 12 except the North 75 feet and Lot l0 except
the north 72.5 feet Jacobson's First Addition.
ALSO:
Lots 3 through 9 Jacobson's First Addition,
One
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential/(R-1) to
Business Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this ~.-~re~day~

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
