alley located in Jacobson's First Addition to
Bremerton and more specifically described here-
in, all in the City of Bremerton.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Bremerton, by
Resolution No. 1324, declared its intention to vacate the following
portions of alley and right of way in the City of Bremerton:
Located in Jacobson's First Addition to Bremerton:
All that portion of the alley lying immediately
south of Lots 10, 11, and 12, of the Plat of
Jacobson's First Addition to the City of Bremerton,
as per plat recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page
records of and situate in Kitsap County, Washington,
said alley having a width of approximately 14 feet,
and set the 23rd day of February, 1967 as the date upon which said
resolution would be heard and directed notice of hearing to be
posted and given in the manner and form provided by law.
Section 2. That all of the above described potions of alley~
and right of way in the City of Bremerton, Co~ty of Kitsap be,
and hereby are declared vacated.
Section B. That in the event the above described vacated
property is subdivided for residential purposes, all right, title
and interest in said property will revert to the City of Bremerton.
Section 4 The City Clerk is directed to certify a copy
of this ordinance and to file the same for recording with the
Auditor of Kitsap Co~ty, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this ~day of February, 1967.

the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
