maps of Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution 162 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are, amended
in conformity with Chapter lq Title 4 thereof~ as follows:
(2600 Wheaton Way)
Lot 9: Block 4: Plat of the Second Addition
to Sheridan Park, and addition to the City
of Bremerton~ Washington, as recorded on
May 21~ 1957, in Volume 8 of Plats, pages
74-75 inclusive, records of Kitsap County,
Washington.
be~ and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
and Residential-Two (R-2) to Business-Three
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading
this ~7'--day of ~~ 1968.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and a~ested b Clerk in authentication

contained herein, and

Addition to Sheridan Park as recorded in Volume 8,
pages 74 and 75, Records of Kitsap County, Washington,
and
WHEREAS, all requirements for said cha~ge of zoning having
been met, i.e. due notice being published, City Council having
heard testimony, the City Planner having made his recommendations
to the city Council, and the City Council being fully advised in the
premises, having ~uled that such. zoning .should be effected on a
contract basis,
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:
1. That the following described property:
That portion of Parcel 9, Block 4, Plat of Second Addition
to Sheridan Park as recorded in Volume 8, page 74 and 75, records
of Kitsap County, Washington, .described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Parcel 9 of said Block 4;
thence South 1~36'19'' East 97.~20 feet along the East line of
said Parcel 9; thence continue along the East line of said
Parcel 9 South 2~36'39'' West 102.80 feet; thence South
73~28'00'' West 187.15 feet to a point on a curge on the East
right of way line of Hemlock Street, whose radius point bears
North 89"52'47'' West i537.60 feet; thence northwesterly along
the arc of said curve 225.19 feet to the Northwest corner of
said Parcel 9; thence North 81"43'44" East 199.44 feet along the
North line of said Parcel 9 to the Point of Beginning.
shall be re-zoned to B-3 and an Ordinance shall be enacted to that
effect~
2. BOYD V. BECK, property owner,~.his assigns and successors in
interest, shall use ,he, above described property for B-3 purposes~only
for the purpose of building a medical-dental clinic thereon, and for
no other Purpose,
