Ordinance No. 2379 and amending, Section 7 of Omdin-
ance No. 2068.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section ? of Ordinance No. 2068 is here-
by to mead as follows:
Section 7. Fime pemmits may be obtained for
burning in the mesidential areas outside of
Fime Zones 1, 2 and 3 fom a period of one
year, providing burning is in a steel drum
9quipped with a spark attester screen of not
less than #12 gauge wire (of plain or galvan-
ized steel) or equivalent weight material of
mesh opening not lamger than one-half inch.
Masonry or prefabricated rubbish burners are
acceptable if it is the opinion of the Inspector
that the requirements of this Ordinance ape
maintained.
Section~2. That Omdinance No. 23?9 be and the same
is hereby repealed.
APPROVED on first reading this .~--day of November, 1968.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~~-- day of Novembem, 1968.
