THE CITY OF BREMEPTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section I of Ordinance No. 2768 be, and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Beginning a~r~n~ ~gr of See. 17, T2'~N, R1E,
~.M.~ thence north along the east section line of said
Sec. 17 ~the centerline of Price Road: thence westerly
along said center2ine of Price Road to the intersection
of the centerline of County Road #250: thence southwesterly
along said centerline of County Poad #250 to a point which
is 497 ft north of the south line of said Sec. 17~ thence
west parallel to and 497 ft north of said south line of
Sec. 17, to north south center section of line of said
Sec. 17~ thence south along said center section line to
the south line of said Sec. 17~ thence south along center
section line of Sec. 20, T2~N, R1E, W.M.~ to the south margin
of County Road #250~ thence east along said south margin
of County Road #250 to the center line of private road as
now established~ thence southwesterly along said center
line to the south line of the NE 1/~! of the NW 1/4 of
said Sec. 20~ thence east along said south line to the
north south center section line of said Sec. 20: thence
south along said north south center section line to the
north line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Sec. 20;
thence west along said north line to the west line of
said SE 1/~ of the SW 1/~: thence south along said west
line to the south section line of said Sec. 20: thence
east along said south line to the east section line of
said Sec. 20~ thence north along said east section line
to the south line of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said
Sec. 20~ thence west along said south .line of the SE 1/~
of the NE 1/a to a point 330 ft west of the east line of
said Sec. 20{ thence north parallel to and 330 ft west of
said East line of said Sec. 20 to a point 411 ft south of
the south line of Sec. 17, T2~tN, R1E, W.M.% thence north-
easterly in a straight line 452 ft to a point on the
south line of said Sec. 17~ thence east along the south
line thereof 1~2 ft to the point of beginning. EXCEPT the
SE 1/~ of the SE Y4 of the SW 1/a of Sec. 20, T2gN~
Section ?. That Ordinance No. 2781 be and the same is here--
by amended by adding thereto a new Sect~$~n ~17 which reads as follows:
Precinct 68
The SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/~ of Section 2~,
T.2aN, R1E, W.M.
Section 3. That an emergency exists affecting the public
peace, health and safety of the citizens of the City of Bremerton,
and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately fol!owing passage
and publication.
