AN ORDINANCE to ~cate a portion of that
certain alley existing in Block 1, Dietz
Addition to the Town of Bremerton, as
follows: That portion abutting Lots. 1 to 9,
10 and 29, 11 and 28, 12 and 27, 13 and 26.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Bremerton
in its regular session of July 3, 1968, by motion declared its
intention to hold a hearing on vacation of a portion of alley
located at 6th and Warren~ described as:
A portion of that certain alley existing in
Block 1, Dietz Addition to the Town of Bremerton,
as follows: That portion abutting Lots 1 to 9,
10 and 2.9, 11 and 28, 12 and 27, 13 and 26.
and set the 24th day of July, 1968, as the date upon which to
hear objections to said vacation proceedings, and directed notice
of hearing to be posted and given in the manner and form provided
by law.
Section 2. that all of the above described portions of
alley located at 6th and Warren, be and hereby are declared vacated.
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to certify a copy
of this Ordinance and to file the same for recording with the
Auditor of Kitsap County~ Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this 31st day of July, 1968.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 7th day of August, 1968.

DEDICATION
J~3~ES J. MILLER and GEORGETTE MILLEP, his wife, the
owners of that lot described as lot ].3, Block ], Dietz Addition
to the Town of Bremerto~, hereby dedicate and bequeath all rights,
claims and interests to the City of Bremerton that they have or
might have in that portion of Lot 13, described as follows:
The Southerly ].4 feet of Lot 13 abutting upon
Lot 12 in Block 1, Dietz Addition ~ the Town
of Bremerton. '
This dedication shall be absolute and for whatever purpose
the City deems proper as long as it complies with the ordinances
of the City of Bremerton and the laws of the State of Washington,
and such dedication shall bind all the undersigned's heirs~ execu-
tors, administrators and assigns of the respective parties hereto
as fully as the respective parties are bound.
IN WITNESS~HEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these
