THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That a certain document, three copies which
a~e on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Breme~ton, ma~ked and designated as a suggested FIRE PREVENTION
CODE, Edition of 1965~ of the American Insurance Association, and
the 1966 Revision be and the s~e hereby is, adopted as a FiPe
PPeven~ion OPdinanee of the City of B~eme~ton~ and pPoviding fo~
the establishment of a Bureau of FiPe P~evention, p~oviding ~eEula-
tions fop fiPe pPevention and p~otection in connection with hazaP-
dous materials and pPocesses~ pPovidinE offieePs thePefoPe and
defining thei~ powers and duties, and p~oviding penalties fop the
violation thereof and each and all of the ~eEulations~ p~ovisions~
conditions, ~ePms and penalties contained therein ape hereby ~efe~Ped
to and by Pefe~ence adopted and made a pa~t hePeof as though fully
set out in this o~dinance. Such adoption by mefe~enee, howeveP~ to
be subject ~o ~he amendments and additions as hePeinafteP set foPth.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of B~eme~ton shall
keep on file in his office at least three copies of such suggested
Fime Pmevention Code~ Edition of 1965 and the 1966 Revision, fo~ the
use of the public and as ~efe~ence~ and shall pPovide fop such addi-
tional copies fo~ sale o~ distmibution to such persons interested as
shall be determined by ~he City Council.~ ~
