AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps of Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution 164 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are,
amended in conformity with Chapter 1, Title ~ thereof, as
follows:
a. That portion of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter, Section 14, T 24 N, R ! E,
W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington, described
as follows: Beginning 828.54 feet E and 130
feet N of the SW corner of said SW 1/4 of the
NW 1/4; thence running N 130 feet; thence E
165.71 feet; thence S 130 feet; thence W 165.71
feet to the point of beginning.
b. That portion of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter, Sec~ion 14, T 24 N, R 1 E,
W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington, described
as follows: Beginning 828,54 feet E and 260
feet N of the SW corner of said SW 1/4 of the
NW 1/4; thence running N 130 feet; thence E
165.71 feet; thence S 130 feet; thence W 165.71
feet to the point of beginning[; except the ~Test
10 feet thereof.

be, and the sa~e hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential-Two (R-2).
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this
