THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution 163 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 17~92 be, and they hereby are,
amended in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as
follows:
The following described piece of property
located in Section 11, Townshio 24N, R 1 E,
Willamette Meridian: Beginning at a point
30' West and 820' North of the Southeast
corner of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter; thence West 3~4'; thence
North S0'; thence East lsd' thence North SO';
thence East 150'; thence S 100' to point of
beginning. Located in Kitsap County, WaShinEton
(~009 Wheaton Way)
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential-Two (R-2).
APPROVED by the City Council on first readin~ this
