AN ORDINANCE establishing a schedule of charees
for the operation of, and connections to, the
low oressure force sewer main extendin~ around
the westerly shores of Oyster Bay and Ostrich
Bay from Lift Station 13 located st the northern
terminus of Oyster B. ay Avenue, to Lift Station
16 located at the eastern terminus of Jackson
Park in the former Naval A~munition Depot.
TNE CITY 0[:' t~RE?'!ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The provisions of this ordinance shall apply only to t!~.~
operation of, and connections to, the low oressure
sewer main extending around the westerly shores of
Day and Ostrich Bay from Lift Station 13 located at the
northern terminus of Oyster Bay Avenue, to Lift
].6 located at the eastern-terminus of Jackson Park
the former Naval Ammunitien Depot.
SF, C'i'i0N 2. Connection CllarSes shall include:
A.. Payment of $,%.00 per waterfront construction ~oot
determined bv the City Engineer in accordance with
'title 85.
~!{. $275.00 for each separate lateral service connection
to the oressure main and $275.00 for each separate dwell-
in~l or commercial structure beyond the first connected to
such service lateral. No additional oermit nor inspecti, on
fee shall be required.
SECTION 3. Opera. tin~ Charges:
~ monthly Construction Charue of $3.00 plus a monthl,~
vice charge determined in accordance with Section 58 of
Ordinance No. 2617 shall be collected for each structure
served by a lateral connection to the pressure main, be{~in-
ning with the effective date of anv agreement to pay for
such connection.
ECTION 4. Duration:
This Ordinance shall remain in effect for a period of three
(3) years following the date of its adootion. At the end of
that time, charges for connections to this pressure main
shall be as provided in the Ordinance then current estab-

lishing char~es for connections to new installations.
SECTION 5. Provisions:
Ail provisions of Ordinance No. 2786 shall be applicable
hereto except as specifically set forth to the contrary
in this Ordinance.
