THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution 161 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby a~e amended in conformity
with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That portion of vacated 8th Street lying between
ForPest Avenue and Oyster Bay Avenue and no~th
of Kitsap Way, located in Kitsap County, Washington.
be, and the same hereby is ~eclaSsified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this
PASSED by the City Council of the City of B~emerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
