and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF 6REMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. There is hereby created, within the ~ol[_ce
Department of the City of [~remerton a position desisn, ated as
police steno-clerk.
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Bremerton~ for the balance of the
budget year 1968, the sum of $4~590 to the item Steno-Clerk' ~
under Salary and Wages in the Pelice Department~ at a salary
range of $490 .- $510 oer month.
Section S. There exists, and is hereby ~Jeclared te
exist~ an emergency~ and this ordinance is necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace~ health and safety
of the citizens of Bremerton~ and shall be in full farce a.n~}'~
effect immediately upon passage and publicatien.
