THE CITY OF BREFEF, T0~I DOES ORDAIN:
Section I. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2631 is a. mende~~, to
read as follows:
"Each permitee is entitled to not ~ore than one rata. il
outlet, and such permits are not transferable."
Section 2. That an emergency exists and is hereby declared
to exist and this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate v~resarva-
tion of the public ~eace, health, safety and general welfare of the
citizens of ]i%remerton, and shall take and be in effect imjoeC, iatel~.~
upon passage and publication.
