THE CITY OF B~EMERTON DOE°o ORDAIn:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution 157 of the Planning
COmmission of ~he City of Bramer~on, the use and area maps of
Ordinance ~o. ~792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity
with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
(1565 Pennsylvania Avenue North)
The north 8 feet of Lot 19 and the south half
of Lot 2~, Joseph Daly's Garden Tracts, accord-
ing to plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats,
~age 11, in Kitsap County, Washington,
be, and the same is hereby reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED BY the City Council on first read~F this
day of January, 1968.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremarton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this /~day of January, 1968.
