Tile CITY OF BREi'IERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution i56 of the Planning
Commission of the City of Bremerton, the use and area ;naps of
0rdina. nce.~No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity
with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
(831 Pacific)
That portion of Government Lot 2,
Section 13, T2~N, X1E, W.M., described
as follows: Beginning at a point on
the west line of Pacific Avenue, 3~.2
feet south of the intersection of said
west line of Pacific Avenue with the
south line of Union Street; thence
south $5 feet; thence west 102 feet;
thence north 35 feet; thence east 102
feet to the true point of beginninE.
Si~te in Kitsap County, Washington,
be, and the same is hereby reclassified fron Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this
day of January, 1968.
