THIS IS AN ORDINANCE appropriating
$150.00 for "Miscellaneous-Contributions
to other Agencies" fund for payment of
one-half monthly rental required by the
Kitsap County Historical Society, and
declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: There is hereby appropriated from the
general fund of the City of Bremerton under "Miscellaneous-
Contributions to Other Agencies" for the budget year 1969
the sum of $150.00 to pay one half of the monthly rental
required by the Kitsap County Historical Society.
SECTION 2: There exists, and is hereby declared to
exist, an emergency; and this ordinance is necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety
of the citizens of Bremerton, and shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon passage and publication.
APPROVED on first reading this /~' day of 0etober, 1969.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this ~--7~' ~ay of October, 1969.

I, AUSTIN M. CLARK, the duly elected, qualified and acting
Finance Commissioner of the City of Bremerton, Washington, being
first duly sworn, on oath, depose and say: That for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens
of Bremerton, it is necessary that the sum of $150.00 be appro-
priated from the General Fund of the City of Bremerton under
"Miscellaneous-Contributions to Other Agencies" for the budget year
1969 to pay one-half of the monthly rental required by the Kitsap
County Historical Society~ as previously promised by the City of
