AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2786 so
as to allow reimbursement for costs of
constructing extended sanitary sewerage
lines; and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section D of Section 8 of Ordinance No. 2786
is hereby amended to read as follows:
The amount of any reimbursement shall be limited to the
connection charges to others, actually accruing to the City for
direct connections to the extended line, and to construction
charges applicable to the developed area, and shall in no case
exceed the "fair cost" estimate.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: That an emergency exists
affecting the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of the City of Bremerton, and this Ordinance shall take
effect immediately following passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously on first reading by the City Council
of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this /~--~
