all in accordance with the plans, maps, and specifications on file in the office of
the 'ity Engineer; adopting said plans, maps and specifications$ establishing an
improvement district; providing for the levying of assessments for the payment of
such improvement and making such improvement payable by bonds.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ~DAIN:

, together with the doing of any
and all work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement
a comPlete job, all in accordance with the maps~ plans and speci£ications now on
file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Bremerton.
Section 2. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of said City Engineer, for the aforesaid
improvement be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 3. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by
and assessed against the property included in the assessment district hereinafter
created, in accordance with the provisions of the Revised CoAe of Washington
35,43.080 except such proportion of said cost as shall be borne by and paid for
by the State of Washington or other governmental agency, which proportion of such
cost and expense is hereby declared to be in accordance with the special benefits
conferred upon such property.
Section 4. That there is hereby established and created a local impreveme~
district to be called and known

Section 5. That the cost and expense of said improvement to be borne by
said improvement district and exclusive of any portion borne by either the 8~ate
of Nashington or other governmental agency shall be assessed against said property
included in said Improvement District in proportion to said area, except certain
units wherein the special bemefits conferred upon the property are not fairly -1- ,Step 10 Form.,
