AN ORDINANCE relating to heights of buildings
and amending Section 506, Chapter IV, Title II
of Ordinance No. 1792.
Ttffi CITY OF B~TON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That section 506, chapter IV, Title II of Ord-
inance No. 1792 be amended to read as follows:
Section 506, Height limit. Whenever the side
line of a lot in a Business District is adja-
cent to a Residential District, the building
on such lot shall be limited to twenty (20)
feet in height. No building shall .exceed ~he
height of one-hundred and ten (110) feet nor
ten (10) stories.
APPROVED on first reading this 26th day of February, 1969.
PASSED by the City Council of the Cit. y of Bremerton, signed
by the ~[ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this .~-~C day of March, 1969.
