officials and employees, except uniformed per-
sonnel of the Police and Fire Departments, may
no longer work for the City of Bremerton.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That upon reaching the age of sixty-five (6S)
years no appointed official and no employee of the City of Bremer-
ton, except uniformed personnel of the Police and Fire Departments
who are governed by State Civil Service laws, shall be permitted to
remain in the employ of the City of Bremerton.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect on
April 7th, 1969.
APPROVED on first reading this 20th day of Februar)r.~ 1969.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this Sth day of Ma.rch, 1969.
