Section 1. That the Assessment Roll for Local Improve~nt District
~o. 505 provi~ing for the improvement of L~F~-ette Ave. from 1st Street
B~ell Street by the construction of concrete curbs, gutters, side~.~za~cs
and driveways, together with the doing of any and all other work in
connection therev~ith as may be necessary to make such improvement a
complete job, all in accordance ~.,zith the plans ~d specifications ot~ file
in the Office of the City Engineer and as provided by Ordinance Eo. 2806,
the same is 1~reby approved an~ co~fimed.
Section ~. That each parcel and lot of ]~:nd or part thereof, as
in s~.id assessment roll is specially benefite~ by said improve~aent an¢~
~.~ere be mud is hereb~~ assessed against each parcel and lot of lan.~ mu~:?~ part
thereof and other property contained in sai~'~ improvement ~istrict as s~',m~a~ in
said roll, ~cluding any property belonging to the City of Bre~uerton ~u~ the
respective amomuts in said roll set against each parcel and lot of lan~ aud
or part thereof and ot.her property within the bomudary of said improve~ent,
abutting upon, adjacent or proximate to said improvement, and such amounts
so assessed are hereby declared to be first lien against each parcel or lot
or part thereof against ~,~hich t~s same is assessed in said roll.
Section 3. That for the purpose of this improvement there is hereby
created and established a special fund to be knc~,~n as "Local Improvement Fun~
District ~o. 305. BOnds, bearing interest at ~% shall be issued in serial
n~mbers from one (1) to inclusive, to as many as may be necessa~r to
dins ~rmc ~ on the date hereinafter
