AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 970,
Ordinance No. 3409 §1 and §2; Ordinance No.
3512 §2, and Ordinance No. 3625 §10, said
Ordinances bein9 all of B.M.C. Chapter 5.08
relating to regulation of Auctions.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 970 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: Ordinance No. 3409 §1 and §2 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3: Ordinance No. 3512 §2 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Ordinance No. 3625 §10 is hereby repealed.
