1792 upon application of rezone from R-i to ~ and subject
to various requirements and other applicable laws and
regulations. (WDOT)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton has heard
testimony on the rezone of the property at 145 1st Street,
Bremerton, Washington, and has reviewed the record and resolution
of the Bremerton Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the findings of the
Planning Commission contained in Resolution No. 798:
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
~F~IQ~__~ That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792, are hereby amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1
thereof, as follows:
Subject property:
That portion of a tract of land in the Town of Bremerton, Kitsap
County, WA., lying between Block 1, Plat of the Town of
Bremerton, and the inner Harbor Line, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the inner Harbor Line where the
southwesterly margin of Front Street as laid out. in the Plat of
the Town of Bremerton, produced southeasterly intersects said
lines; thence south 41° 27'19.5" west along the inner Harbor Line
a distance of 253.66 ft, more or less to the boundary of the
Puget Sound Navy Yard; thence north 30° 49'57" west along said
Navy Yard boundary a distance of 269.54 ft. to a public alley,
thence north 59o10'03" east along the margin of said alley north
45°44'52' east a distance of 165.74 feet, more or less, to the
southwesterly margin of Front Street, thence south 4~15'08" east
along said margin of Front Street produced a distance of 237.31
feet to the point of beginning.
BE AND THE SAME HEREBY is reclassified from ~_T1 to B-3
subject to the following conditions as set forth in Section 2:
~9]~_21 That the following requirements and other
applicable laws and regulations shall apply to the property
rezoned by this Ordinance and Ordinance No. 1792:
1. Future use and development of the site shall comply with
the Bremerton Zoning Ordinance and all other local state
and Federal laws.
