WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton has heard
testimony on the Change In Land Use Restrictions of the property
at 6800 Kitsap Way, Bremerton, Washington, and has reviewed the
record and resolution of the Bremerton Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
~¢..~B_~ll That Ordinance #3922, Section ~ relating to
conditions is amended to read as follows: ,
The developer shall submit a building site plan to the
Planning Commission and City Council prior to development.
Such binding site plan shall include a fifteen foot
greenbelt for current and future residential use of the
property along the North property line to protect adjacent
residences from potential visual and noise impacts. Non-
residential use of the property will require a 25 foot
greenbelt in the same location specified above. Such
binding site plan shall also address the following
environmental concerns: oil and gas contaminates control,
traffic volume and traffic congestion impact, noise impact,
and glare and light impact.
