AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3537 Section 1 (~-)
and setting for the new section 2 (1) (Mentor)

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton has heard
testimony on the Change In Land Use Restrictions of the property
at 915 McKenzie ave., Bremerton, Washington, and has reviewed the
record and resolution of the Bremerton Planning Commission.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
~C~ION ,].~ That Ordinance 3537, Section 1 (2) relating to
conditions is amended to read as follows:
2. Vehicular access should be provided to the
alley.
~QN 2~ Ordinance No. 3537 is amended to add the
following subsection:
1. That the parking lot be constructed in conformance
with the present parking provisions of the Bremerton
Zoning Ordinance.
