and Section 1 (2) and setting forth new Section 2 (1).

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton has heard
testimony on the Change In Land Use Restrictions of the property
at 909 McKenzie Ave., Bremerton, Washington, and has reviewed the
record and resolution of the Bremerton Planning Commission;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Ordinance 3536 Section 1~(2) relating to
conditions is amended to read as follows:
2. Vehicular access shall be provided to
the alley.
SECTION 2: Ordinance No. 3536 is amended to add the
following subsections:
1. That the parking lot be constructed in conformance
with the present parking provisions of the
Bremerton Zoning Ordinance.
2. That the abutting alley from 9th Street to llth
Street be paved.
