AN ORDINANCE declaring the need for condemnation of a
parcel of land in and through certain real property
for the purpose of constructing a public street
for the City of Bremerton and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That for the public health, safety and welfare
of the citizens of 'the City of Bremerton, said City is entering
into a program to construct a street in the City of Bremerton,
Kitsap County, and has caused to be prepared general and specific
plans therefor.
SECTION 2: To accomplish the said improvement, it is
necessary to acquire a six foot (6') strip of real property to be
used as right-of-way across the real property described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference; and it is further necessary to acquire a temporary
construction easement across an additional five feet (B') of the
abutting real property for the above right-of-way.
SECTION 3: The City Attorney is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed immediately with the condemnation of the
above-described property in the Superior Court of the State of
Washington in and for Kitsap County.
SECTION 4: That an ~,ergency exists, and it is hereby
declared to exist, and this Ordinance is necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of
the citizens of the City of Bremerton, and this Ordinance should
take and be effective immediately following passage and
publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council, City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in

Exhibit "A"
Parcel A
Total Description of Parcel A
A portion of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of
Section 11, Township 24 north, Range I east, W.M., in Kitsap County,
Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 30 feet west and 720 feet north of the southeast
corner of said northeast quarter of the northeast quarter; thence west
150 feet; thence north 50 feet; thence east 150 feet; thence south
50 feet to the point of the beginning.
Right-of-way Description:
The east 6 feet of the above described Parcel A.
Temporary Construction Easement:
The west 5 feet of the east 11 feet of the above described Parcel A.
Parcel B
Total Description of Parcel B
Part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 11,
Township 24 north, Range I east, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 30 feet west and 580 feet north of the southeast
corner of said northeast quarter of the northeast quarter; thence north
80 feet; thence west 334 feet; thence south 80 feet; thence east 334 feet
to beginning; EXCEPT the west 30 feet thereof conveyed to the City of
Bremerton by Deed recorded under Auditor's File No. 7806050032.
Right-of-Way Description:
The east 6 feet of the above described Parcel B.
Temporary Construction Easement:
The west 5 feet of the east 11 feet of the ~bove described Parcel B.
Total Description of Parcel
That part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter, section ll, township
24 north, range 1 east, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point30 feet west and 1120 feet north of the southeast corner of
the said northeast quarter of the northeast, quarter; thence running 100 feet west;
thence 50 feet north; thence 100 feet east; thence 50 feet south to the point of
beginning.
