WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton has heard
testimony on the rezone of the property at (address), Bremerton,
Washington, and has reviewed the record and resolution of the
Bremerton Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the findings of the
Planning Commission contained in Resolution No. 780;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
~~: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792, are hereby amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1
thereof, as follows:
PARCEL 1
The South 150 feet of ~t 41 of Fernwood Addition as measured
parallel to the South line of ~ts 40 and 41.
PARCEL 2
That portion of Tracts 40 and 41 of Fernwood Addition lyinG
Northerly of a line described as follows, beginning at a point on
the Eastearly line of Western Avenue 137 feet Southerly of the
Northwest Corner of said Tract 41 Southeasterly to a point on the
Southeasterly 1 ine of Tract 40 said point lying 98 feet
Southwesterly of the Northeast Corner; EXCEPT the following:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Tract 40 North 65002' 25'
West 78.5 feet; thence South 24°57'35" West to a point on the
South line of above described tract Southeasterly to a point on
Southeasterly line from Tract 40 said point lying 98 feet
Southerly from the Northeast corner thereof; thence North
24057'35'' East 98 feet to the true point of beqining.
PARCEL 3
That portion of Lots 40 and 41 Fernwood Addition conveyed by
KitsaD County Auditors File No. 1012461, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of Western Avenue 230 feet
North of the Southwest corner of Lot 4]; thence North along the
East line of Western Avenue 80 feet; thence Southeasterly to a
point which is 98 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Lot
40, measured along the East line thereof; thence South along the
East line of Lot 40 a distance of 60 feet; thence Northwesterly
in a straight 'line to the point of beginning; EXCEPT the
Southeasterly 78.5 feet thereof as measured at right angles to
and parallel with the Southeasterly line of Lot 40.
PARCEL 4
That portion of Lot 40 Fernwood Addition described for tax
purposes ohly as follows:
That portion of the Southeastly 78.5 feet of Lot 40 as measured
at right angles to and parallel with the Southeasterly line of
Lot 40 that lies Northerly of the following described line:

along the West line of Lot 41, 217 feet to the point of beginning

the Southeasterly line of said Lot 40 said point beinq the
terminus of said line; EXCEPT the North 98 feet thereof as
measured along the East line of said Lot.

Beginning at a point on the West line of Lot 41 said point lyin~
217 feet Southerly of the Northwest corner thereof and being the
true point of beqinninq; thence Southerly along the West line of
