AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance #3898, Section
5 as amended by ordinance #4006, providing for
Business License application fees and Occupa-
tion Tax.
Section 1. Ordinance No. 3898, Section 5, as amended by ordi-
nance #4006 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 5. Quarterly license fee or Occupation Tax
Any person engaging in any business activity within the City of
Bremerton shall pay, on a quarterly basis, the greater of Five Dollar
($5.00) license fee or the occupation tax, if any, imposed by this Chapter,
unless such person makes an annual return pursuant to approval of the
Treasurer. Any person makingan annual return shall pay, on an annual
basis, the greater of a Twenty Dol]ar ($20.00) license fee or the
occupation tax, if any, imposed by this Chapter. Exempt from this minirnt~n
quarterly license fee or occupation tax are non-profit organizations whose
business/occupation tax liability is less than $5.00 for any one quarter.
