T[{E CI'r¥ COUNCIL OF TIlE CI'rY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 1792, Title I, Chapter II
"Definitions," is amended to add the following section:
SECTION 44: A "through lot" is an interior lot having
frontage on two streets. Each end of a through lot which fronts
upon a street must comply with the front yard setback
require~nents of the respective district on which the lot fronts.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this /~,~--~
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication
