AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps of Ordinance
1792 upon application of rezone from R1 to B2 and subject to
various requirements and other applicable laws and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton has heard
testimony on the rezone of the property located north of Kitsap
Way on the west side of Marine Drive (just north of "Familian"
Plumbing Supplies), Bremerton, Washington, and has reviewed the
record and resolution of the Bremerton Planning Co~ission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the findings of the
Planning Co~ission contained in Resolution No. 745;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY O~AIN:
~: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792, are hereby amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1
thereof, as follows:

Beginning at a point North 0.07'02" East 745.97 feet from
the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 1
East, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington, and running thence
North 47.39'50" East 241.64 feet to Westerly Margin of
Lateral Highway No. 5, thence following said Highway North
42.10'10" West 250 feet, thence South 47.39'50" West 12.93
feet; thence South 0.07'02" West 338.83 feet to point of
beginning.
BE A~ THE SAME HEREBY is reclassified from Residential (1)
to Business (2) subject to the following conditions as set forth
in Section 2:

applicable laws and regulations shall apply to the property
rezoned by this Ordinance and Ordinance No. 1792:
The terms and conditions outlined in the attached
Concomitant Zoning Agreement shall be complied with.
