AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 3966
AS RELATED TO THE ADOPTED EDITION OF THE
UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
WHEREAS, RCW 19.27 requires the City of Bremerton to administer
and enforce the State Building Code Act within the incorporated areas
within its boundaries; and,
WHEREAS, certain modifications and/or amendments to the State
Building Code Act as it applies to the City of Bremerton are desirable;
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. Change Section 4 & 6 (a) of Ordinance 3966
to read as follows: International Conference of Building Officials,
Uniform Administrative Code (198R~ Ed.)
Section 2. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence,
clause or phrase of this Ordinance or its application to any person or
circumstances, is then invalid, the remainder of the City of Bremerton
Building and Fire Safety Code, or the application to other persons or
circumstances, shall not be effected.
