THE CITY ~IL OF ~ CITY OF B~ DOES HEREBY OF~AIN:
SECrIClN 1. Ordinance No. 3437, §IV, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
SEC~ICI~ IV. - DESIGbIATI~ CRITERIA
A. A residential area shall be deemed eligible for consideration
as a residential permit parking area if based on objective criteria esta-
blished at the direction of the Mayor or his designee, the parking therein
is, or, in absence of current parking regulations, would be, in, acted by
comnut er vehicles.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY OR-
DAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 3437,
Paragraph IV, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
SECTION IV -- DESIGNATION CRI-
TERIA
A. A residential area shall be
deemed eligible for consideration
as a residential permit parking area
if based on obiective criteria estab-
lished at the direction of the Mayor
or his designee, the parking therein
is, or, in absence of current parking
regulations, would be, impacted by
commuter vehicles.
APPROVED by the City Council on
the first reading this 23rd day of
December, 1986.
PASSED by the City Council of the
