and financial presentation of the Deferred Compensa-
tion Plan of the City.
TrIE CITY OF ~ DOES OItl)AIN:
SECTICN 1. That there is. hereby created a fund of the City of
Bremerton, known as the Deferred Condensation Fund which Shall be under
the direction of the Mayor and the City Treasurer and which shall be used
for the sole purpose of providing for the proper accounting and financial
reporting of the City of Bremerton Deferred Compensation Plan as adopted
by Resolution No. 1649 and amended by Resolution No. 1871 and 1918.
APP~ BY the City Council on the first reading on the ~-

PASSED BY the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication of such
