MANDIO COMMI~IONER CITY CLERK OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING AND PURCHASING AGENT December 15, 1980 TO: City Council FROM: Data Processing Department SUBJECT: 1980 Budget Ceiling Adjustment The Data Processing Department respectfully requests an adjustment to its budget ceiling for personnel benefits in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars. The increase is necessitated by the overlap in Data Processing Managers, the addition of a full time computer operater as recommended by the State Auditors, and a Staff Programmer for the job cost system. Revenues for 1980 are exceeding expenditures for the last half of the year and the department should finish the year in the black.
