relating to administration and enforcement
of the Zoning Ordinance.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1792 is hereby amended to
add the following:
The Commission shall be authorized to initiate
and undertake investigations on the proper
application and interpretation of the Zoning
Ordinance and to make findings and recommen-
dations to the City Council for action, if
any is deemed necessary, to correct improper
application or interpretation of the Zoning
Ordinance.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first
reading this ~ day of ~l , 1980.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
