THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN: '?
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereb~ are amended in conformit~ ~ith T±tle
ZV, CAapter I thereof as
~ots 4 through 7, BlocA 4, Second Addltlon
to $berldan ~arA, situate in ~ltsap Count~,
~ashlngton. (811 Callahan Drl~e, Bremerton,
~ashlngton.)

conditions:

as to not c~eate adverse e[[ects on neighboring residential
uses. Such effect ~hlcb $bould be a~olded lnclude ~n~ecessa~
belgbt, inappropriate location, 11ght and glare;
6. The triangular area in tAe ~ortheast cor~e~ o~ the

7. The 8 "sleep±nE rooms for patients" shall not be
slgned or marked or advertised as motel t~pe units a~allable
to t~e general publlc. It ls not tAe lntent o£ the approval
to 9rant the right to develop or advertise a motel t~pe business.
The rooms are to be :sed for patients and families only; and
8. $ide~al~s are to be installed at the o~er's
expense along ~heaton ~a~.
