THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in comfomity with Title
IV, Chapter I thereof as follows:
510 Chester, more particularly described
as: Lot 40, Block 24, Plat of the Town
of Bremerton.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential - One
(R-l) to Business - Two (B-2) subject to the following conditions:
a. That the occupant provide proof of the
leasing of five parking spaces for em-
ployee parking on an annual basis to the
City Compliance Officer.
b. That the parcel be developed in accord-
ance with the site plan attached hereto
and incorporated herein as Exhibit A.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
