AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1 (E) (2)
of Ordinance No. 3119 regarding Civic improvement
fund.
THE CITY OF BR~MERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 1 (E) (2) of Ordi-
nance No. 3119 is amended as follows:
The administrative provisions
contained in RCW 82.08.050 through
RCW 82.08.070 and in Chapter 82.32
RCW shall apply with respect to
administration and collection by
the Department.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first
reading this /7~---~day of June, 1980.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
~ day of June, 1980.
