AN ORDINANCE establishing deliqu~z~cy charges
for annual regulatory licenses and am~u~J-~g Ordi-
nance No. 3132 relating to deliquency ch~jes.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: There shall be est:~blJ~hed a ~e-
linquency fee of $3.00 or ten percent (10%) ,' of
the annual gross license fee due plus de].Jnquen/
charges, whichever is greater, to be .~sscssed each
month for all annual regulatory licenses not
hewed within fifteen days of the due date.
SECTION 2: Section 1 of Ordinamce No. 3132

In the event that the license fee is
t~ot paid within fifteen days of the due d.-~[~e, there
shall be levied a delinquency fee of $3.00 or ten
percent (10%) of the annual gross license fee
plus delinquent charges, whichever is greater.
This penalty shall also extend to machines placed
on the premises anytime during the license 3car,
if a license is not acquired at the time of placing
lhe ~achine.
SECTION 3: Section 2 of Ordinance No. 31.32
is hereby amended as follows:
In the event that the license fee is
not paid within fifteen days of the due date, there

plus delinquent charges, whichever is greater.
This penalty shall also extend to machines placed
on the premises anytime during the license year,

the machine.

APPROVED by the City Council on the first

PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
