AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792
( Halverson Rezone)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title iV, Chapter
I thereof as follows:

North from E. 31st to Sylvan Way &
to City Limits
Ail of blocks 1, 2, 3 , 4 of Sylvan
Park 1st Addn., East of Halverson
Ave. to City Limits and North from
E. 31st to Sylvan Way.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-Two (R-2)
to Residential-One (R-i) subject to the following condition:
"Lots 3, 4, 5, 9, 10 and 11, Block 2,
Sylvan Park First Addition and Lots 18
and 19, Block 4, Sylvan Park First
Addition shall not be subject to the
site area requirements of Section 328
of Ordinance 1792 as amended, so long
as this rezone ordinance is in effect.
It is the intent of this exemption that
the current two family dwelling use of
Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 2 of said plat
and lots 18 and 19, Block 4 of said plats
and the one family dwelling use of Lots 9,
10 and 11, Block 2 of said plat shall be
allowed to continue even though the site
area of said lots does not meet the R-1
zoning code requirements. This exemption
is not intended to provide relief from any
other requirements of the Zoning Ordinance
or other land development codes; nor is
this exemption intended to facilitate sub-
division or to apply if any of the named
lots are subdivided, consolidated or the
platted lot lines changed in any way;"
APPROVED by the City Council on the first' reading this ~

by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
