AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. Commissioner Stewart~.~
3567, as amended by Ordinance No.
3583, and transferring certain
appropriated funds within the Official
Budget for the Year 1980, City of
Bremerton, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 6 is hereby added to Ordinance
No. 3567.
Section 6. It is in the best interests of the citizens
of the City of Bremerton to transfer certain line item amOunts set
out in the "Official Budget for the year 1980, City of Bremerton",
and such transfers will not involve additional appropriations. The
City of Bremerton does ordain that the following transfers between
the below stated funds be made:
GENERAL FUND - 001
Line Item 519-80-53-08. Increase in the amount of $76,700.00.
Line Item 519-80-53-03. Decrease in the amount of $76,700.00.
TRANSIT'FUND - 106
Line Item 369-31-00-00. Decrease in the amount of $76,700.00.
Line Item 369-32-00-01. Increase in the amount of $76,700.00.
FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND - 107
Line Item 519-80-53-08. Decrease in the amount of $76,700.00.
Line Item 519-80-53-03. Increase in the amount of $76,700.00.
STREET FUND - 102
Line Item 369-31-00-00. Increase in the amount of .$76,700.00..
Line Item 369-32-00-01. Decrease in the amount of $76,700.00.
Section 2. It is hereby declared that the enactment and
effective date of this ordinance is of substantial urgency to the
health, welfare and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and will,
therefore, be of full force and effect immediately upon its publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Commissioners of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 29th day of April, 1980.
