ORDINANCE NO. ~~
AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No.
3147, Section 3, Subparagraph I,
relating to industrial water rates,
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section III, Subparagraph I,
Ordinance No. 3147 (Municipal Code 15.04.100) as amended
by Ordinance No. 3307 and Ordinance No. 3446 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. There exists and is hereby
declared to exist an emergency; and this ordinance is
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety of the citizens of Bremerton
and the support of the City and shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City Commissioners
of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
